Amy is a dedicated recruiting operations professional with a strong focus on driving process efficiency and implementing automation to support scalable hiring. With experience living in cities like Austin, Denver, and most recently Indianapolis, she brings a diverse perspective to her work. Outside of her professional life, Amy is an avid traveler, food enthusiast, and outdoor adventurer who enjoys hiking 14ers. She also loves spending time with her Goldendoodle, Gus, who’s always up for an adventure.
